  • 8:00 Team Registration -check in at the registration table in the lobby to get your Team Envelope. Use the envelope to submit all Long Term paperwork to the Staging Area Judge.

  • 9:00 – 2:15 Long-Term and Spontaneous Team Competitions

  • 1:00 – 3:30 Dance party with DJ Mike Hendryx in the HS gym

  • 3:30 (*tentatively) Awards Ceremony in the HS gym 

      

Please share information with the families who will be attending.

  • Schedule

    • Once you review the schedule, feel free to adjust your busing/arrival time.  You do not have to arrive at Team Registration at 8:00 if your performance times are later.  Your Team Envelope and Team Room will be ready for you when you arrive.

    • Problem 4 Teams:  Structure Weigh-ins will take place in the MS Gym (north end) between 11:45-1:15. 

    • SPONTANEOUS will be held on the 3rd floor -Holding room, MS room 301. Competition rooms MS 303 and MS 312.

  • Team Rooms

  • Odyssey merchandise and prices

  • Wellsville Central School maps

  • Wellsville Concessions - menu and prices

    • You can also bring in bags/coolers of food and drinks.  Please remind your team members to clean up after themselves.

    • Remind your team members to bring small bills for Sales and Food Concessions.

    • Odyssey Sales are CASH ONLY.

    • Wellsville Concessions will be open 8:00-2:00 and will accept CASH or CHECKS.

 

NY State Finals will be held at the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse on Saturday, April 15th.
