We will be working on the draft schedule on Sunday evening. 

​

The draft schedule will be posted here by Tuesday March 25 sometime in the evening (or before if possible).

​

It is your responsibility to check the schedule for any conflicts and email Jeff Carter (jcarter@nysoma.org) with any change requests by Friday March 28 at noon.  We will try to accommodate any changes but cannot promise to do so.

After 12 noon on Friday March 28 the schedule will be final, and no further changes will be made.

​

Please note when building this schedule we will take into consideration:

• Team members who are involved in more than one team or problem

• The primary coach who has more than one team

  • In this case we ensure that long-term times do not conflict, however, another coach or parent may need to accompany the team to spontaneous if the spontaneous times conflict.

• Late arrivals or early departures required to attend another school or family event.
