Have a question about a long-term problem?

Start by re-reading the problem, looking through the Program Guide and checking to see if an answer has already been posted in General Clarifications: https://odysseyofthemind.com/read-clarifications/
If the team still can’t find an answer, then they can submit a Team Specific Clarification via their coach’s Odyssey HQ account by logging in to https://portal.odysseyofthemind.com/login
and clicking “Clarifications.”
Alternatively use the link https://odysseyofthemind.com/
Select Teams > Clarifications > [Submit Clarifications]
Need further help? Check out the guide: https://odysseyofthemind.com/kb/how-to-submit-a-team-clarification/.
Once the clarification has been submitted the team will need to log in to the system again to find the response to the question, to see if there have been any status changes to their submissions, and later to export their clarifications into a document to take to tournaments. No email notifications will be set.
Make sure the question is precise. Don’t ask too many questions in one submission. Don’t understand the response then try re-wording you question and re-submitting.
Remember the deadline to submit a clarification is February 15, 2026.
However, general clarifications can be posted all the way up to World Finals.

New York is proud to announce that we will have a fantastic Division 4 team this year. Four of our alumni are joining together to form a team even though they are all in different colleges.
They are open to having other alumni join them. If anybody, who is currently in College, is interested in joining this team or forming a team of their own please contact Lynn Lucas (ad@nysoma.org) and she will connect you.
