Inside the refrigerator
Your challenge is to give a presentation about the following:
You are a bunch of food items from inside a refrigerator. Tell what happens after dark when no one is looking.
You will have 3 minutes to think and plan your solution, and 5 minutes to present it.
Setup:
Provide the following:
Materials you may alter
1 piece of paper 8 1/2” x 11”
1 piece of string/twine 36" long
1 paper plate
An egg carton
An empty soda can
An empty pizza box
Materials you may not alter, and cannot be used in the skit
Markers, crayons and scissors
Props - may not be damaged or altered
2 different hats
A yardstick
An umbrella
A pair of sunglasses
Scoring:
Creative use of props and materials in the solution (1 to 15 points)
Creativity of how you present the solution (1 to 15 points)
Humor in the performance (1 to 10 points)
How well team works together (1 to 10 points)
Debrief:
Have the team video themselves.
Did the team use the items creatively or follow along with their usual associations?
How could they have increased the creativity and humor of the presentation?
Did the team manage time well?
