Here you will be able to find how to register for State Finals as well as information on Team Hotels,Team Shout Outs and Participation Certificates.
Registration is 2-step process
FastTrack payment
Completion of FastTrack payment before the tournament is highly recommended. ​An email confirmation of payment will be sent.
​
You can pay online or by Check/Purchase Order​.
​​
A Purchase Order does NOT constitute payment.
​
If you are unsure that a mailed check will arrive in time, please collect it from the Business Office and hand deliver it at In-Person Registration.
​
Coaches, who have received emailed confirmation of payment can go directly to their scheduled Spontaneous or Long-Term performance sites.​​​​
​
Coaches without email confirmation of payment must go to In-Person Registration to make payment.

Checks should be made payable to NYSOMA.

Team Invoice
If payment is not received by March 19th at 5pm, the coach will be required to pay the tournament fee by credit card or personal check at In-person Registration before the team can compete.
​
Payment will be refunded once payment is received from the school district
Coaches who have NOT completed FastTrack payment (i.e. have received a confirmation email) MUST go to In-Person Registration at State Finals BEFORE competing. A team will not be permitted to compete until payment has been received.

Friday, March 20th, 3:00-7:30 pm, NYS Fairgrounds, Arts & Home Building (Lobby)

Saturday, March 21st, 6:30-10:00 am, NYS Fairgrounds, Center of Progress Building (behind the Stage)

Team Hotels
NYSOMA has reserved blocks of rooms for teams attending State Finals.
Make sure to mention you are from NYSOMA and are attending the Odyssey of the Mind State Finals, as the hotel will offer a special rate.
