In order to compete at State Finals this form must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian of each team member as well as all team coaches.
Team Media Release forms must be submitted online by April 13th.

NYSOMA has reserved blocks of rooms for teams attending State Finals. Check out the participating hotels here.
Make sure to mention you are from NYSOMA and are attending the Odyssey of the Mind State Finals, as the hotel will offer a special rate.
Weigh-in procedures for Problem 4
At least 40 minutes before its scheduled performance time, the team members should report to the Weigh-In location in the Toyota Exhibit Center (Dairy & Cattle) with their structure.
The Weigh-In Site will open at 7:00 AM but teams with a scheduled performance time in the afternoon should not report to the Weigh-In Site prior to 11:00 AM because priority in the queue is given to teams closest to their performance time.
The structure will remain at the Weigh-In Site after successful completion of Weigh-In.
Teams should report to their performance site 25 minutes prior to their scheduled time with everything they will use in their solution. At that time, a team member, accompanied by an official, will go to the Weigh-In Site to pick up the team's structure.
